Bailey Russell

Family Consultant

Bailey brings a diverse and meaningful background to the Davidson Institute, with several years of experience in the education field and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her professional journey began after graduation, where she started working as a Legal Assistant at a Family Law firm. This experience gave her a unique perspective on family dynamics, before shifting her focus to education, where she found a deep passion in building community.

Bailey’s work at the Davidson Institute is rooted in a deep alignment with its core values, which prioritize empathy, empowerment, and community. She has found fulfillment in supporting families and fostering an environment where families feel seen, valued, and heard.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle. She and her husband love exploring the natural beauty of the Reno-Tahoe area, often taking their dog on hikes or simply sitting on their deck in the sun, enjoying a quiet moment with a good book. Bailey also takes great pleasure in the simple rituals of life—brewing a fresh cup of coffee, trying new kinds, and savoring the calm of the morning. She is also passionate about spending time with her husband, attending church, cooking cozy meals, and sharing music on the record player.

These moments, paired with a sense of gratitude and connection, provide balance and grounding amidst her  work life.
