Category Requirements (Please review before proceeding to application)

Literature contributions to society made by past Davidson Fellows include:

• Creating a portfolio that takes an interdisciplinary approach to answer three main questions: What causes atrocities to occur? What can prevent these atrocities from occurring in the future? How do we remember genocide?
• Creating a portfolio of writing portraying positive depictions of young people of marginalized identities based off racial, gender, and cultural markers.
• Creating a literary portfolio exploring storytelling to preserve identity of family history.
