The 2025 Summit will be hosted in Reno, NV, June 19 - June 22, 2025

Registration Dates & Deadlines

Standard Registration: January 8 through April 30, 2025

Register by April 30 to pay standard registration fees as described in the table below.

Late Registration: May 1 through May 30, 2025

Registration fee prices increase by a $25 per person during Late Registration period beginning on May 1st. 

Registration will close on May 30, 2025

Registration Process

Log-in to the 2025 Davidson Summit Community on the Davidson Member Community (DMC) site HERE to access the registration link. (direct link will not be available in DMC until January 8).

  • If you are a member who needs to establish access to DMC, please reach out to our team through the Contact Us page with your name, email, and Davidson Program your child has participated in. If you are a Davidson Alumnus, please indicate the program you completed. We will verify your membership to Davidson programs which can take 1-3 business days.
  • Be prepared to fill out the registration form in its entirety.
    • Registration includes the following sections: contact information & acknowledgements, ticket selection, mandatory forms, payment, and submission.
  • Complete one registration form per family and include the information for all parties attending. Registrations are not editable once submitted, therefore you'd have to submit a second registration to add family members at a later time.
  • Please enter legal name(s) for ticket details. An option to provide preferred names for name badge purposes is available in the attendee demographic form.
  • At least ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN must attend the Summit with their youth. Youth are not able to attend the Summit alone as this is a family-based event without childcare supervision (except when current member youth can be signed into workshops only).
  • After your registration is submitted, Gazebo will send an email with your ticket details. Additionally, Davidson staff will verify your membership in a Davidson program, and you will receive a confirmation email from Summit@DavidsonGifted.org.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your registration to be verified by our team.

NEW THIS YEAR- Youth Workshop Signups: Youth workshop signups will be released in February. Families who register for the Summit prior to this release will receive an email notification with the signup link when available. Families who register after this release will have access to the workshop signup link in their confirmation email. Families will choose their own workshops for youth directly through our form. Each workshop is capacity based, and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

NEW THIS YEAR- T-Shirts: T-shirts are not included in your registration fees. A separate T-shirt order form will be available on the Summit Registration page in DMC in the Spring. Families can choose to order as many shirts as they'd like. T-shirts will approximately be $20.00-$25.00 per shirt. Official pricing will be available when the order form is released.

This event is private to current members and alumni of Davidson programs, and their families. Status of registered attendees will be manually verified after submission. Registration will be cancelled for anyone who does not have current membership or alumni status. The first two application cycles of the Young Scholars program application are likely the final opportunities to apply to a Davidson program and receive a decision before the Summit registration deadline. If you currently have an application being processed for a Davidson program, your registration will be cancelled and an opportunity to re-register prior to the event registration deadline of May 30 will be provided if your application is accepted prior to the deadline.
